"It was a great experience. The room was very nice and I really liked the in-house restaurant. The pool has perfect bath temperature water and was very enjoyable. The hot tub was nice and big. The personnel was vey friendly, they were all very pleasant. I don’t have any staff names, however, the restaurant staff was very kind and professional. It was wonderful. This is where we had the best service overall by the staff in the restaurant. I was really impressed with their service. The restaurant was excellent, the pool was so nice and the room was great. Most of all, the people there were all so friendly and helpful.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the service I was given. We had a long drive and everyone at the front desk was so friendly. Knowing that we were tired, a gentleman got us the first available room even though check-in time was not until a lot later in the afternoon. Also, even when I was having problems connecting to the internet for my business work I had to conduct, a gentleman came to my room and set the entire connection up for me. I love my stay and look forward to coming back whenever the kids want to visit Disneyland.

“I absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed here and were not disappointed. Our room was on the 3rd floor in the main building and our view was nothing spectacular. But who goes to a hotel and stares out the window the whole time. This was our first time in America and we found the front desk were extremely helpful with any of our needs. Very convenient having a small shop inside the hotel. We found that walking to Downtown Disney was a good option for meals as it was only a 10-15 minute walk down the street. Downtown Disney also has access to the actual park. Quite a few times we actually walked to Disneyland instead of catching the ART bus. But the ART buses were also a good way to see more of Anaheim as they had to go to other places before they dropped you off at Disneyland. The restaurant was nice, but as a lot of people say the meals are huge. But good value for your money. And just down the road, about a minute walk is a shop, which is handy for snacks. Overall this hotel was excellent. A great way to start off our trip in the US. We would come back again and again”. – Brisbane, Austrailia

“My biggest requirement for a hotel is that is must be clean! This hotel was just that. There were also plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. We were looking for an inexpensive place to sleep for our two day trip to Disneyland and this place was great. It is right around the corner from Disneyland. “I felt that that the location of this hotel was perfect for all of the tourist attractions that Anaheim has to offer. It was round the corner from Disneyland. It was also close to Angel’s stadium and the Honda Center. I recommend this clean and friendly hotel to anyone that is planning on staying in Anaheim. “Our 1st trip to Disneyland was very fun. Everything we hoped it would be. Our hotel was very easy to find and the rooms were perfect for the occasion. The shuttle was so easy that took us and brought us back from Disneyland. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and more than willing to explain everything to us...including shuttle times, etc. Our only complaint was that we wished the room service was open later. But everything else was perfect. The restaurant had better breakfasts for your money than Disneyland!! Young kids ate free!”. – An Orbitz Review

“The room at this hotel was very nice. Having the double sink and counter outside of the immediate bathroom was very good. The staff was very nice and gave me an extra by taking me to the Crystal Cathedral. I enjoyed seeing that very much. The walk to Downtown Disney was a good walk.
